Download Instructions |
- You will need the
email receipt from your purchase. It contains information
you will need before going to the download page. Please
do not go to the next page until you have your email
receipt.
- On your receipt
it will list the Item codes(s) that you
ordered. They begin with two letters followed by five
numbers (for example: Item: JR11315). (This is
NOT the Invoice Number at the top of the receipt).
- You will need the
five numbers that make up the item code in order to download your mp3's.
- Ignore the first
two letters of each item number and enter the 5 numbers that follow
the two letters (for example, for Item: JR11315, you
would enter 11315).
- Please identify
the item codes you will be using before going to the next page.
- If you purchased
more than one program, you should enter each item code separated by a comma -- no
spaces. (for example: 11315,14444,17638)
